Book First Consult Now

Skip the Discovery Call · Cleveland, MS & Telehealth Across Mississippi and Arkansas

Some people want to talk it through first, and we're glad to do that. Others already know what they're looking for and just want to get started. If that's you, here is the whole picture — what happens, what it costs, and who this is actually built for — so you can book your consult today instead of next month.

Step One: Integrative Consult

Step One:Your Integrative Consult  · 60 minutes · $295

A full hour with Susan going through your history, your timeline, your symptoms, and what you've already tried. This is where she decides which testing is actually worth running for you — not a standard panel, yours. You'll leave knowing what we're looking for and why.

Step Two:Your Labs · 86+ biomarkers · $525 – $1,200

The range is wide because the testing is individualized. A straightforward hormone and metabolic workup sits near the bottom. Adding specialty testing — DUTCH hormone metabolism, GI-MAP stool analysis, SIBO breath testing, or mycotoxin and CIRS markers — moves it up. Susan will tell you your number at your consult, before anything is ordered. If you prefer to do your labs with insurance outside of our clinic you totally can. If you choose to do them in clinic we will give you a superbill to turn into insurance for some reimbursement. It is your call.

Step Three:Your Case Evaluation · $395

Susan reads every result against optimal ranges rather than population averages, then builds your written plan and walks you through it. This is the visit where the pattern in your labs becomes a plan you can actually follow.

Step Four:Your Program ·  $95 – $695 per month

Enroll in one of our personalized comprehensive wellness programs that best fits your needs. Our programs offer hormone balancing, detoxification, lifestyle changes, wellness curriculum, mentoring, and plan adjustments to ensure you live restored. Most people continue with a structured program, because a plan without follow-through is just a piece of paper. Where you land in that range depends on how much provider time, testing, and support your situation calls for. Susan recommends a tier at your case evaluation — you are never enrolled into one automatically.

Where Insurance Fits

The WAE Clinic is cash-pay. Insurance is built to cover disease management, not the root-cause evaluation and prevention work we do, so we don't bill it — that's what lets Susan spend a full hour with you instead of eleven minutes.

What we do give you: an itemized invoice or superbill on request, any time. Many of our patients submit those to their insurance on their own and are reimbursed for some portion of their visits and labs. We can't promise what your plan will do, but the paperwork is yours whenever you want it. HSA and FSA cards are welcome.

Using An Outside Lab

If you'd rather have your blood drawn somewhere closer to home, or your insurance covers draws at a specific facility, we can often work with that. Two things to know before you choose it:

  • You are responsible for getting the results to us. We can't chase another facility's records office on your behalf.

  • Your results need to be in our hands one full week before your case evaluation. If they're not, we'll reschedule that visit — because Susan can't build your plan without them, and we won't waste your appointment reading a partial picture.

How We Hold Your Appointment

Booking takes a $75 scheduling deposit. It isn't an extra fee — it comes straight off your $295 consult, so you'll owe $220 at your visit.

Please read this part before you book:

  • Your deposit is forfeited if you do not show for your appointment.

  • Your deposit is also forfeited if you have not confirmed your appointment within 72 hours of the scheduled time.

  • We'll remind you. Confirming takes one tap. But Susan's consult hours are limited, and a slot held by someone who doesn't come is a slot another patient waited weeks for.

Where you live matters

Susan and our providers are licensed in Mississippi and Arkansas. That means consults, testing, treatment plans, and prescriptions are available only to patients who reside in Mississippi or Arkansas — in person in Cleveland, MS, or by telehealth anywhere in those two states. It's a licensing rule, not a preference, and there is no way around it.

If you live outside Mississippi or Arkansas, we can't be your medical provider — but the education is still yours. The Live Restored Blueprint is Susan's self-guided program built on the same THRIVE framework she uses with patients here, available wherever you live.

this is a season, not an appointment

Root-cause work moves at the speed your body moves. From your first consult to feeling meaningfully different is usually months, not weeks, and it asks something of you — changes to how you eat, sleep, move, and handle stress, alongside whatever Susan prescribes. If you're looking for one visit and one prescription, we're an expensive way to get that, and we'd rather tell you here. Results vary from person to person.

FAQs

Can I just do labs first and decide about the rest later?
Labs are powerful, but only alongside a full understanding of your history and current symptoms — otherwise we're reading pieces of a puzzle with no picture on the box. The consult is what tells Susan which tests are worth your money in the first place. Running a panel without it usually costs you more, not less, because you pay for testing you didn't need and miss the testing you did.
Why doesn't insurance cover this?
Insurance reimburses disease management — a diagnosis, a code, a medication. It doesn't reimburse the work of finding out why a system is struggling before it becomes a diagnosis. We give you an itemized invoice for anything you'd like to submit yourself, and HSA and FSA funds are welcome.
Do you offer virtual visits?
Yes. Many of our patients are seen entirely by telehealth, and our team walks you through the setup. Telehealth is available to residents of Mississippi and Arkansas only.
What if I've already tried functional medicine and it didn't help?
That's worth naming, and it's common. The usual story is one visit, a protocol handed over, and no one checking back. What we do is built as a relationship over time — Susan sets the direction from your labs, and the plan gets adjusted as your body responds. The testing is also broader than most: 86+ biomarkers read against optimal ranges, not population averages.
What if I can't stay perfectly consistent?
Nobody is. We don't build plans that require perfection, because those fail everyone. What we ask for is willingness — showing up, telling us honestly when something isn't working, and letting us adjust. That's the whole standard.
Do I have to enroll in a program?
No. You're welcome to complete your consult, your labs, and your case evaluation and take your written plan from there. Most people continue because the follow-through is where results come from, but it's your decision and it's made after you've seen the plan — not before.
How is my $75 deposit handled?
It applies directly to your $295 consult. It's forfeited only if you no-show, or if your appointment hasn't been confirmed within 72 hours of your scheduled time.
Can I have my labs drawn near me instead?
Often, yes. You'll be responsible for getting the results to us, and they need to reach us a full week before your case evaluation or that visit will be rescheduled.
